If your PDF fails to download, please try:

  • Clearing your browser cache and trying again

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please email us with:

  • Your transaction ID or payment confirmation
  • Reason for refund (e.g., employer rejection)
  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of rejection (if applicable)
